Designed and developed the first internet based Texas Tax Certificate platform used (At that time)by all Fidelity National Financial title operations for the State of Texas (Still used today as National Tax Net/NTN).

Designed and developed the first internet based electronic tax line set up and workflow/workload management system for Fidelity National Tax Service/LPS Property Tax Solutions (Still used today as Search Request Integration/SRI).

Designed one of the first interactive Web Service applications with LPS’ mortgage servicing platform.

Designed and developed the first internet based Nationwide Tax Certificate workflow system that provides front end tax line set up, good faith estimate calculations, “Collect at Closing” determination and automated tax id assignment (Still used today as Property Tax Direct/PTD)

Designed and developed the first GIS shape database to be used for determining tax jurisdictions that are associated with the subject property (Still being used today by LPS’ Property Tax Direct)
